Episode 58 - Japan Trip Part 1

We're back from Aaron & Diana's Japan Adventure so we thought we'd sit down and podcast about it while it was still fresh in our minds. The trip was absolutely amazing, except for the long assed airplane ride. But you'll hear all about that when you download this week's podcast. We ended up talking much longer then we intended, so this is the first part of the trip covering our first couple of days in Tokyo. If you like this podcast check back next week for Part Two!

• JTB's Sunrise Tour, "Dynamic Tokyo Tour"
• Tokyo Tower - check out the phallic little mascots. I can't believe I forgot to mention this.
• Happo-en Garden - we participated in a tea ceremony here.
• Chinzan-so - another beautiful garden, and the home of Mokushundo resturant where we ate lunch.
• Sumida River Cruise - from Hinode Pier to Asakusa on the Sumida River Line.
• Nakamise-dori in Asakusa - a huge tourist trap, but still great fun.
• Kouryu Ramen - we ate here in Akihabara. It was our first time eating on our own in Japan. The ramen was awesome.
• Super Potato - An amazing retrogaming store in Akihabara.
