Diana and I sit down and talk about our experiences at Otakon, the biggest damn anime convention on the east coast. Fri, 11 August 2006  Here's another special episode for you all to listen too as my summer hiatus is quickly coming to a close. This is a recording I made of the Shinichiro Watanabe Q&A panel in Detroit, MI on February 8th, 2006. The event happened at the Detroit Institute Of Arts. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Mr. Watanabe he is the director for such great anime as Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, and Macross Plus. I've been sitting on this recording for awhile (over 6 months now) and debating if I should post it on the feed. Considering you can watch entire episodes of Samurai Champloo on YouTube I don't think this should cause any problems. I realize this is a much longer episode then normal. If you don't want to sit through the entire recording you can check out a great summary of the event over on Protaku.com.
